At DOGUE we loving having fun, we bark and laugh all day and night about the great products and ideas we have for dogs and their humans. However, to be able to keep providing great services and high quality products with a fantastic range, we also have to be serious every now and again. So here we go…
DOGUE has been in operation since 1998. It has been at the forefront of providing dog fashion and accessories to the Australian market through the House of Canine Couture, a retail outlet in Woollahra, Sydney. As a result, DOGUE has always received a great deal of media attention, making DOGUE a well known brand in the dog industry in Australia. (See Media). Our aim is to make DOGUE the best known brand for dogs in Australia.
In 2005, DOGUE expanded adding another key arm to it business: DOGUE WHOLESALE, and brought on board two new DOGUE-ECTORS. DOGUE now has three DOGUE-ECTORS:

Since DOGUE started we have found homes for Maltese Cross puppies from the same breeder as Gulliver and Adorabella. It has been an incredibly rewarding aspect of our business as we have watched the happy lives these beautiful puppies experience.
In 2005, we continue to find homes for puppies, still mainly Maltese X and Poodle X Puppies. We have two fantastic breeders who we completely trust and whose puppies are healthy, happy, intelligent and way too much fun. We have a very stringent Puppy Policy that we go through with all our customers, that involves consulting with one of our trained staff and completing an application/information form before being placed on a waiting list. We are very cautious about where our puppies find homes as providing a happy and secure environment for any dog is a major commitment. We are also very concerned about the rising number of stray dogs in Australia and we believe that it is spontaneous purchasing of puppies that is a major part of this particular problem.
We recommend that before you consider purchasing a puppy that you investigate adopting a puppy from the many animal welfare organizations in your area.
We also offer a broader Puppy Consultation Service where we can help you work out a good breed for your family and lifestyle and source an excellent breeder and even the puppy, depending on your requirements.
