FAQ's
What is your opening order?
Opening orders require a $500 ex GST minimum. Ongoing orders have a $300 ex GST minimum.
All new customers must pre-pay their first order and will remain in pre-paid status until their credit application has been received and approved. Once payment has been received by either Credit Card or Direct Debit, your order will be shipped.
To obtain 30 days credit you will need to complete a credit application.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our online portal if you have been approved for an account or via our excel order form. Please register for an account first and we will be in touch to help you get started!
Do you have an image library?
We are happy to share our logo and images for your website and promotions.
All of our products have been photographed individually as well as together in their range.
We also have lots of great lifestyle shots showing our products in action.
Just get in touch with us at wholesale@dogue.com.au and let us know what you are after and in what format you would like and we will send the files to you.
Do you provide merchandising support?
We understand the importance of merchandising, it is key for all retailers.
Having a good display helps customers in choosing the right products and sizes with confidence.
DOGUE's Collections are designed to be merchandised together. This gives the customer choice and options for the products they are after. Some customers may prefer to have a fabric collar but team it with a leather lead. With strong merchandising this type of "mixing and matching" becomes easy.
We are always happy to help with merchandising to make our products shine.
We are also here to design layouts for Point of Sale, in-store posters etc to promote the DOGUE brand.
What are your processing and delivery times?
Wholesale orders will be dispatched to our warehouse within 24 hours. Warehouse pick times depend on order quantity.
Customers in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane should receive their orders 24-48 hours after their order has been sent from our warehouse.
Customers in Adelaide please allow up to 4 business days.
Customers from Perth please allow up to 7 business days.
All international orders will arrive within two weeks after payment has been received.
