Terms & Conditions of Purchase Acceptance: DOGUE’s website (http://dogue.com.au) is owned and operated by DOGUE Industries Pty LTD ABN (17 399 883 710) (DOGUE). Your use of the website including all orders and purchases are conditional upon your acceptance and subject to compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out below. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Order placement: Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery, other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order. DOGUE reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with DOGUE only comes into existence when DOGUE forwards confirmation of your order and payment.
Order Changes or Cancellations: You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order Number and we will do our best to amend your order if it has not yet been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Prices: Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Delivery:
DOGUE aims to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional areas within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. DOGUE is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.
All Australian and international orders are shipped via Australia Post or another nominated courier.
Shipping within Australia
- Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
Bulky Items
Bulky items, including dog beds and selected items, incur higher shipping charges due to their size and weight.
- Standard Shipping: from $15
- Express Shipping: from $20
Shipping charges for bulky items are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment.
Rest of the world: $35-55
Insurance: All orders are carefully packed prior to dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and assist with a resolution. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund and Return Policy: DOGUE will gladly offer an exchange or credit on purchases within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges) should you not be totally happy with your purchase.
Sale and Flash Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

- We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit.
- All returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
- DOGUE will not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or lost in transit.
- Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with. This may take up to 36 hours depending on the banks.
- If item is received dirty, used or damaged, a refund may be refused or cleaning fee applied.
- All items need to have bag/tag/hanger attached or included in the return, fees may apply if not.

Faulty Items: DOGUE will gladly replace or refund faulty items within 30 days subject to availability. If an exchange item is not available, for whatever reason, DOGUE will refund in full the cost of the defective goods. The return delivery charges will be refunded, or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective. The cost incurred for returning goods that are found not to be defective shall be at the customer’s expense.
Risk and Title: Title to the products remains with DOGUE until payment has been received in full. Risk in the products passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
