FAQ's
What is your opening order?
Opening order minimums differ on Faire, along with payment terms and options.
For the easiest ordering experience, we recommend placing orders via Faire, where you can access flexible payment terms and seamless checkout.
For orders placed via our Excel order form, standard minimums apply:
- Opening orders: $300 ex GST
- Reorders: $200 ex GST
All new orders placed outside of Faire are required to be prepaid prior to dispatch. To obtain 30 days credit you will need to complete a credit application.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed via Faire or alternatively through our Excel order form for approved customers. Please register for wholesale access and weβll be in touch to help you get started.
Do you have an image library?
We are happy to share our logo and images for your website and promotions.Β
All of our products have been photographed individually as well as together in their range.Β
We also have lots of great lifestyle shots showing our products in action.

Do you provide merchandising support?
We understand the importance of merchandising, it is key for all retailers.
Having a good display helps customers in choosing the right products and sizes with confidence.
DOGUE's Collections are designed to be merchandised together.Β This gives the customer choice and options for the products they are after.Β Some customers may prefer to have a fabric collar but team it with a leather lead.Β With strong merchandising this type of "mixing and matching" becomes easy.
We are always happy to help with merchandising to make our products shine.
We are also here to design layouts for Point of Sale, in-store posters etc to promote the DOGUE brand.
What are your processing and delivery times?
Wholesale orders will be dispatched to our warehouse within 24 hours. Warehouse pick times depend on order quantity.
Customers in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane should receive their orders 24-48 hours after their order has been sent from our warehouse.
Customers in Adelaide please allow up to 4 business days.
Customers from Perth please allow up to 7 business days.
All international orders will arrive within two weeks after payment has been received.Β
